Can't find most recent Mojave installer

I would like to install Mojave on my HighSierra machine, but can't seem to download from the app store. Note, I don't have the installed already downloaded in my Applications folder.

What message do you get when trying to download?

Try using this link:

Get macOS Mojave.

If that doesn't work try the same in Safe Mode:

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

Here is the Apple Support Topic on how to install Mojave. Te same link in the article also goes to Catalina. I'll see if I can find out why it is not working.

If I follow the link, it goes to the app store, but I can only find Catalina as a downloadable option - I don't see Mojave. I will try it now in Safe Mode.
