After installing iOS 13.2 when I unlock my phone the dock will be white for a few seconds before becoming transparent. This happens every time I unlock my phone or when I use an app for a while and return to my home screen. This isn't happening on any of my other iOS devices, just this iPhone 7 Plus.
Is there something I can check in settings? Any other ideas?

I think I might have found the issue. I was using Dynamic wallpaper. When I switched to a different wallpaper, it stopped happening. I will report back if it reoccurs.

I think you've found it! I was using a Dynamic wallpaper too. Changing to a still image has stopped it and changing back to a Dynamic wallpaper brought the problem back.
It might not fix the bug but it made my phone a lot less annoying to use. Thanks!
I have checked Reduce Transparency and tried enabling and disabling it in settings. It doesn't fix the issue. When it's enabled the dock is a solid gray color. When it's disabled the white dock problem comes back.
After the iOS 13.2 update on my iPhone 6s Plus, the dock isn’t transparent when I set the dynamic wallpaper. Same glitch with 13.3 update.
No problems before iOS 13.2. Same problem after 3 updates ! Please Apple wake up !
