Using I pad pro 3 gen offline ?

in order access my files in any format in documents 6 offline do I copy or move them to my I-Pad location?

Transferring files from a Mac I use my old iPad (9.35) for storing technical manuals but when I recently tried to add more files I messed up so I tried to restore it from the cloud, I lost the lot. I can see them on my Mac but I cant get them to transfer, I can email the file but when I try to open it tries to connect to cloud. I need to be able to read the files offline. It looks like my Mac has only access to the cloud documents but I only want the cloud for a back up.

How do I get my files over to my computer from my ipad? I just got a Mac 24 and set it up in a hurry. Now that i have time, I'm trying to go back to the syncing screen and I'm unable. I have a mac air 13, and would like all of my documents to show up on the computer. What is the best/easiest way to do this? Thank you!

Hello,

As long as the file has been downloaded locally to iPad you should be able to access them offline.
