I receive an email regarding my Mac Pro 13 for problem in solid state device SSD which can lead to loss of my data.

If the email refers to: 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) Solid-State Drive Service Program - Apple Support, it is a valid advisory.

You can safely enter your Serial Number in that link to determine if your computer is eligible.
