If you're asking about the GPS/Internet issue, the iPhone 5c isn't subject to it, so Apple never made a patch for that.

If you're trying to restore a backup made from iOS 10.3.4, post back.

Thank you. I was asking about the notice that the iOS 10.3.4 update was necessary by Nov. 3rd for the GPS/Internet issue. I appreciate your quick reply.
