My version is 12.4.2. Wouldn’t that contain 10,3.4

I have iPhone5s and read where I needed to update my version to 10.3.4. I am on version 12.4.2. Wouldn’t that include 10.3.4?

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Yes, and this warning doesn't apply to the 5s, it is only for the iPhone 5.

You do not. You have the 5s, that's not the same phone as the iPhone 5. You do not need 10.3.4, which isn't even released for the 5s, because the 5s has an updated GPS reciever that is not affected by the GPS rollover bug.
