I can no longer send group meassages to Android phones, never noticed a problem before ios13.

All 3 immediate family members have android so I know it worked before. SMS, MMS, & Group Messaging are all turned on. I just updated this am in case a bug was fixed. I restarted the phone. My SIL has the same problem and she is with a different carrier service. Thanks for any help.
