How to remove suggested message contact when forwarding

Hi, when I go to forward a photo or a webpage using the forward icon (bottom of screen box with the upwards arrow) it suggests one of my contacts who I text message but no one else. Is there a way of removing this suggested person please?

i have tried turning off Siri suggestions etc but nothing seems to remove it. Thanks.
