Voicemail not working after 13.2 update
Hi!
Yesterday I got a tariff upgrade (O2) and also downloaded the new iOS 13.2 update.
Now my visual voicemail has stopped working. Not only that but if someone calls my voicemail and leaves me a message, if i try calling my voicemail it says I have no new messages (I've tried this myself and the tester message I left myself is not there).
I've tried switching air plane mode on/off, I've hard re-booted the phone several times and I've re-set the network settings and nothing has worked. (In fact whenever I hard re-boot the phone, I constantly get a notification pop up saying I have a new voicemail, but alas I cant access it at all)
I phoned my carrier (O2) this morning and they checked everything their end and seem to think everything is set up ok, which now leads me to the iOS update as potentially being the problem.
Anyone else had this issue at all? Is it an iOS issue or a carrier issue?
