not acessing Apple ID

I've just bought a new iPhone 11 pro, and it's not acessing my Apple ID through it.

I can't download any app, or setup my new Apple Watch.

The internet connection is working perfectly,

I tried to access my Apple ID account using another device and it worked properly.


Is there anything I might be doing wrong? I'm a new IOS user.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary


Hard reset


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup


You are entitled to 90 days of telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.


Apple Support Contact


Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.


Apple Support by e-mail or chat
