I have scheduled 3 calls from apple and 3 times it didn't connect through to a support member - even though i pressed no 1 to get through - I have a major issue with my phone in which I cannot ring people due to the new software update
Click on Contact Support at the top of this page. You can either chat or have them call you. Better yet, install the Apple Support app on your phone and you can do it right from the iPhone. You can also use twitter: DM @applesupport.
