Apple TV 4K Samsung new tvOS

I have Apple TV connected to Samsung TV via HDMI. Before the advent of the new OS, it was convenient: Using the remote control, turn on Apple TV and turn on the TV at the same time.

You put Apple TV in sleep mode - the TV turns off.

In the new version of tvOS it stopped working !!!

Turn on Apple TV - the TV is off. It is necessary to search the TV remote control in the room. Turn off Apple TV and again you need to look for the remote control from the TV to turn it off...

Verify the HDMI-CEC settings on both the TV and the Apple TV box.

Samsung may call that Anynet+.

Apple TV Settings may call it ‘Control TVs and Receivers’.

Control your TV or receiver with your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote - Apple Support

If the devices can’t detects each other’s HDMI-CEC capabilities, then try re-initiating the HDMI ‘handshake’ by disconnecting the HDMI cord on both sides, then connect again.
