iPhone 5 - 10.3.3

My iPhone 5 has 10.3.3.When I check for updates, it says "Your software is up to date". I am reading that I need to update to 10.3.4 by Nov 3 for GPS accuracy. How can I get 10.3.4 if my "software id up to date"?

software update by Nov 4. Can't get it! The "software update" in Aettings tells me my software is up to date on my iPhone 5c, but it is only 10.3.3. I am reading that it needs to be 10.3.4 by Nov 3. What do I do?

The iPhone 5c is not affected by the November 3rd GPS issue, thus no update is available or required.
