Cannot access Military websites that use cac card reader after new update.

After the update to Catalina happened I am unable to access any of the DOD websites that require a cac card? ie, AKO, DTS

I have followed instructions from militarycac.com and i have been unsuccessful. I have deleted everything as it stated on the instructions.

When I access DTS this is the error that I get:

Error is: Could not communicate with security server (invalid HTTP status code 0, probably access denied because of cross domain scripting), dbsign code: 305

I have installed parallels and windows 10 hoping that it would help, when I access DTS on internet explorer it reads my cac card and immediately following that it states to connect a smart card.
