Apple TV + 1 year free subscription

I preorder my iPhone 11 pro on September 13 But when I go into the Apple TV app I don’t see the 1 free year option. Any reason why?

You should go to https://tv.apple.com and try it - I know this website will work once you sign into your Apple ID.
