I am having quite a time navigating this site in order to simply book a Genius Bar appointment. I feel like Alice in Wonderf***. This is a constant with our beloved Apple. Do the triage on your hardware problem and you will be presented with available reservation times up to several days in advance
The "triage" decides how Apple will handle your specific issue
Genius Bar appointments were reserved for Hardware issues ONLY quite some time ago
I suppose that you could LIE about what your problem is to get a reservation, but the Genius might not take kindly to you once you arrive for doing so
