Can't get rid of the "update payment information" notice.

I have updated my CC through the wallet app. My apple pay is working like normal, but Can't get rid of the "update payment information" notice.

Even going through "Apple ID Suggestions" to update Payment Information, the only thing I can do is delete the card that I'm actively using with apple pay....

It seems like the notice system isn't communicating well with the payment systems.
