Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I try to access the itunes store my apple id doesn't connect. I tried changing my password, disconnecting my id and then reconnecting it but nothing. If I open Music and go to Account-Access and enter my apple id nothing happens. What Can I do? Tnx. Sorry for my English.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. I don't use antivirus or vpn. If I try with another ID apple it's all ok. It's my id that's wrong.
