Apple tv is not working on chrome or firefox

I've tried streaming See on 3 different android devices using both chrome and firefox. The show started playing and then stopped 10 minutes in and all day today I haven't been able to play it again. I've tried on wifi and data, neither connection made a difference. I've also tried different shows and none are working.

I can confirm, if you use the Chrome extension, User Agent Switcher, the video plays just fine. If it doesn't at first, click the 10 seconds forward button and it should play.

Obviously I shouldn't have to say that this needs to be fixed, but it needs to get fixed.

Same for me. When you check the browser console you can see:

Chrome: Uncaught UNKNOWN_ERROR: UNSUPPORTED_ERROR at VideoMediaExtension.handleHlsError...

Firefox: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Edge (I did not expect much...): Exception thrown and not caught. Invalid key.

This is really, really bad. It would be better to write browsers are not supported...

Yes, Firefox is now working with this with the exception you noted of it starting at the beginning if you left. It also doesn't indicate that any shows were watched.

That said, at least there appears to be someone working on this. I can now watch a whole episode without getting a black screen every 10-15 minutes. Also, the closed captions appear to work a bit better. Hopefully it will continue to improve.
