Can I find my MacBook without Find My? (same iCloud with my iPhone)

I didnt synchronise Find My on Mac and iPhone but I'm using the same iCloud account. My MacBook has been stolen. Can I find my Mac with iCloud account?

If Find My was not enabled on your MacBook, no.


Enabled on your phone is irrelevant. They operate independently of each other.
