Apple Watch Volume Control

Is there a way to disable volume changes? I have the Series 4 watch and it frequently goes to the Now Playing screen automatically. The volume cranks all the way up or down because the digital crown bumps the bone on my wrist. This is very annoying and I need to know if there's a way to completely disable the watch volume control of the iPhone.

Is there a way to disable the volume control on the side of the watch? I keep having the volume get jacked up or turn itself down because the dial on the side seems to malfunction when I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt or sweater. I've had a few times when I'm at work (I use spotify from my phone for music) and it ended up BLASTING through the clinic (luckily i wasn't wearing headphones). Is there not an option to disable the volume dial?

Is there a way to stop my Apple Watch from adjusting my phone volume? Whenever I watch a video or play music on my Apple Watch the now playing app opens up. If I’m laying down I have a tendency to spin the Digital Crown which changes the volume of whatever is playing on my phone. This also has created a safety issue because I nearly crashed my car while playing music through my phone and the Digital Crown got caught on my sleeve and blasted my music. I already tried to disable auto-launch audio apps and that didn’t change anything. Please help. Update: I’m not sure what exactly a did but I managed to fix the problem.
