Is there a way to stop my Apple Watch from adjusting my phone volume?

Whenever I watch a video or play music on my Apple Watch the now playing app opens up. If I’m laying down I have a tendency to spin the Digital Crown which changes the volume of whatever is playing on my phone. This also has created a safety issue because I nearly crashed my car while playing music through my phone and the Digital Crown got caught on my sleeve and blasted my music. I already tried to disable auto-launch audio apps and that didn’t change anything. Please help. Update: I’m not sure what exactly a did but I managed to fix the problem.

Try reversing the watch and wearing the crown towards your elbow.

Change the straps then change your settings

From your iPhone>Watch>General>Watch Orientation>change the location of the digital crown
