We have 2 model numbers on our phones. I didn’t know if this was normal or not. This is thread is my life the past 6 weeks but looks like it’s been in the works for a while. It’s infected 3 iPhones my MacBook and 5+ other devices not Apple! However the trust asset version 7 is a new issue since we updated to iOS 13.2.2 (we bought brand new 7s and our IOS downgraded from 13 to 12.4.! After like the first day.

I set up a call with my Apple support app about the problems I was having with it, the senior advisor with “Apple” sent me another phone which I have now through rapid replacement due to the other being corrupted and it was supposed to go to forensics when it was returned. It didn’t go to forensics, and the number that I received the call from is now disconnected, and this phone arrived in a fed ex box, no SIM card, no documentation from Apple, just a phone in a box, and it has an invalid serial number. The last 3 numbers “Apple support” has called me from, disconnected. I quit trying to contact Apple because I have not talked to Apple through my support app. But you know, period.
