I recently got the 11 pro max.
i have noticed in several apps that when I open them they are a bit bigger than the phone screen and I can’t full click on or use the apps. Specifically Instagram and Group Me.
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13
Check:
Settings>Display&Brightness>Zoom = STANDARD or NORMAL
then Settings>Accessibility>Zoom = OFF
When done, restart your iPhone and test it.

here is another example in Instagram. When I open the app and try to post an image the screen that opens that prompts me to enter a caption about the image is cut off at the top. The cursor and first line or two of the text box is off the screen and you can’t see what you are typing.
here is an example in GroupMe where the three dots are cut off and I can’t click on it.
