Is your screen zoomed? Try double taping the screen with 3 fingers.

This would an issue for the app developer to address. They should design the app to fit the screens of the devices used.
Can you post a screenshot when that happens (Apps do not fit the screen of your iPhone 11)? Is the view zoomed in? Need to determine things like that on your display.
