Lockscreen Reminder displaying as “New Reminder”

Does anyone have the issue where a reminder notification sitting on the lock screen shows up as “New Reminder” briefly on some occasions? How can this be resolved?

Calendar event reminders no longer working The ‘event reminder’ setting is missing from Calendar settings. All event reminders do not fire, there is a strike-through line in each one. How can I get event reminders to work? Without them, the Calendar value is greatly diminished.

The notification default to show reminders was set to unlocked only, that’s it!
