Needed change in iOS?

I asked yesterday and was told my 5C is not affected by the change tonight, but my iOS version is 10.3.3 and the article says I have to have 10.3.4 or above. This update is not listed on my phone. Do I need to update? Can you verify & how do I do it when the software is not listed on the phone?

software update by Nov 4. Can't get it! The "software update" in Aettings tells me my software is up to date on my iPhone 5c, but it is only 10.3.3. I am reading that it needs to be 10.3.4 by Nov 3. What do I do?

The 5c is fine. You do not need to update. That was for the 5 only.
