Dolby Vision and 4k on Apple 4k TV

Options for 4k Apple TV doesn't include 4k for Dolby Vision @ 6mhz...why?

I just purchased the 8k Bellin cables as recommended by Apple. Still getting posterization while watching Apple TV+ movies in Dolby Vision. I’m able to watch Dolby Vision 4K in other streaming apps.

Do you have 18 Gbps (or more) HDMI cables? The prior standard of 10 Gbps HDMI cables does not have the bandwidth capacity to handle 4K Dolby Vision @ 60Hz.
