Macbook air service battery warning and shut down without low battery notification

Hi, I have a 2017 Macbook Air 13", which is only two years old. The "Service Battery" warning recently appeared, but there are only 290 cycles and it suddenly shuts down without any warning or something else at 30-50% battery.

Do I really need to change the battery soon? There aren't any Apple Store in our country.

I've tried SMC Reset and Battery calibration.

Is it from the battery or from another hardware chip or something?

The battery condition is usually fairly accurate so you should find out from Apple what repair options are available for your region.

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to confirm the diagnosis.
