Apple Watch Series 3 has 2 profiles in Apple Health.

I had need to reset my Apple Watch Series 3. I was going to sell it but decided not to but to keep it. But After adding it back to my account I now have 2 profiles for it in Apple Health. One for the watch that is paired, and one for the watch that is no longer paired (the one that I removed).

Here's another weird thing. The one that is paired is not sending any data. The one that says it is no longer connected is the one sending data. I'm thinking this may be a bug? Any thoughts? Screen Captures attached.

This shows both the profiles

This shows the correct profile but no data collected under it.

This shows the previous profile that is actually collecting the data. However it is disconnected from the iPhone as indicated at the top.

Delete the one that states it is no longer connected.

I’ve tried that. The one that says no longer connected is the one that is actually pulling the data. When I delete that one it breaks the connection and then I have to re-pair my watch.
