Keychain and passwords

I am having issues with AirDrop which is a separate issue I signed out from iCloud and then signed back in my wife phone when I send a file via AirDrop shows my avatar and my name when sending to her phone, and the other question is after signing out from iCloud I lost all my passwords after signing in. There is nowhere to show how this is resolved is it a keychain issue ??

Passwords not shared between IOS and OS/X despite both having iCloud Keychain turned on For quite some time, I've been noticing that password changes between my mac and iPhone are not picked up between each other, despite iCloud keychain being turned on for both. Both have autofill turned on in Safari. As a test (and yes, I kind of hate myself for having done this ;) ), I turned iCloud keychain off for the mac and did not save passwords local. All my passwords for sites disappeared. I turned it back on and... still no passwords. Now, if I need one, I have to use airdrop to send it from my phone to my mac. When I open Keychain on the mac and look at iCloud, I DO see passwords going back to 2018. It's a bit harder to tell on IOS, but I see passwords as far back as at least 2020. I am wondering if this might be a trust issue between the phone and mac. I can't connect my phone to the mac by usb right now, as it says I need a software update when I do, and that update always fails, even since I upgraded to IOS 15.7 (I'm on OS/X 10.15.7). If there is no obvious answer, anyone know how to airdrop all the passwords from my phone to my mac? I'm not going to go through one by one... Thanks!

Keychain Access and iCloud Keychain Are they separate when it comes to syncing with mobile device? Each time I’ve saved something on my Mac running macOS 11.6 and earlier. I had to manually duplicate the password on my iPad. This is normal right? I figured their not the same since iCloud doesn’t allow me access any of my passwords I’ve saved on my Mac. I have iCloud setup on both devices with Keychain turned on. And I only have one Apple ID. I’ve factory reset my iPad Pro 2nd generation running iPadOS15.0.2 many times. Just to see if that solves the syncing issue. It does not. So, am I correct that Keychain Access and iCloud Keychain don’t sync on mobile device?

Keychain Are passwords stored in Keychain only available from the physical devices (Mac, iPhone & iPad)? Is there a way to access them via icloud.com? What I'm trying to accomplish is giving an authorized third party a way to get my usernames passwords in case something happens to me and they don't have access to any of my devices.
