I’ve been using FaceTime for years on my iPad and iPhone. I have my iPad and iPhone synced so I can use either with my cell phone. Suddenly FaceTime on my iPad would ring but when I answered I couldn’t see anyone. If I use my iPhone no problem. I’ve deleted and reinstalled FaceTime. I’ve reset my iPad. What can I do. I prefer using g my iPad because of the larger screen

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
I did try the reset. I then tried FaceTime no luck but decided to try someone I don’t usually FaceTime with and it worked so I think it maybe the other users iPad. Thanks for the suggestions
