After the last IOS upgrade on my watch and phone, the daily activity(move, exercise and stand) no longer record to my iPhone. October 29th is the last record that shows up on my iPhone "Activity" APP

Try this;
Close the Activity app on the iPhone
On your watch: go the Home screen
(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on
the Activity app icon (coloured rings).
Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change
your Move Goal > change the goal.
open the app on the iPhone ... should be fixed.
