Greetings all, i have a problem that has been bothering me. My activity app works fine on my watch. I log my runs heart rate etc, workout app as well. However on my phone nothing! It’s frustrating me because I want to put in work and be able to track what I’m doing.

Try restarting phone and watch.
Tighten the watch band a touch.
Don't wear the watch on top of any tattoos.
Make sure your personal details are up to date in the health app.
Check to see if your hand or sleeve is interfering with the screen or the side buttons and pausing the workout..
If none of this helps try unpairing and re-pairing and setup as new.
