iPhone videos exported to PC are playing in slow motion??
Hi!
I recorded a few videos on my iPhone that I wanted to export to my PC to edit them. However, upon doing my standard lightning USB plug in, and drag and drop into a folder, all day I have been getting the "Device attached to system is not functioning" error or something like that. After hours of searching and coming to no conclusion, I decided to change the photo setting Transfer to Mac or PC, from Automatic (which it had always been), to Keep Originals. This changes the format to HVEIC or something, and required me to download a new Codec onto my PC. Once downloaded I returned and tried to download the files onto my PC, again for it to work smoothly, until I tried viewing the videos and they played in slow motion although they were recorded regularly and play at regular speed on my iPhone. I have made sure that I have the latest version of iTunes on my PC, tried various USB ports, restarting my PC, restarting my iPhone (XR for reference), and updating the software on my iPhone to iOS 13.2. One thing I did notice, however, was that the Allow this device to access photos and videos pop up that I normally get didn't appear and neither did Trust this device?
If anyone else who has experienced this problem and found a fix for it were to reply and help me out that would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks,
Atticus
