Preventing Deleting contacts from phone

The phone I bought my daughter goes with her to her mothers house and when I get it back she has deleted my contact information along with my families. Is there a way through restrictions to block any deleting of contacts without my pass code?

Contacts syncing to Ipad from other persons phone We bought a new Ipad, and when setting it up it is showing all my contacts, but also my daughter's contacts.
