Pathetic Customer Service
Has some one experienced the careless behaviour of Apple Bellevue Square Store towards existing customers ?
Just wanted to share that we had a very bad experience with the Apple Store in Bellevue Square Mall.
After having discussion with Apple Support, we went to Apple Store and had to wait for more than 2 hours for the replacement of battery.
There was additional delay as the Apple store couldn’t see an option for exception (given by Apple Support) for replacement of battery.
Though we spoke to store lead technician but he also doesn’t seems to be of great help.
It was really frustrating as we almost spent whole day in order to get the phone fixed, which involved long wait including multiple follow ups.
1. The store manager and leads were not of any help to us when the other store representative was taking more time to find an option for exception replacement of battery
2. There was no coordination between store representatives when they took our phone to repair it as the person who gave the phone back after repair asked us to pay for battery
3. Store took more than 3 hours for the replacement of battery and didn’t show any urgency to get the issue resolved quickly
4. Store Manager didn’t show up when we asked store staff to call him
5. It seems apple store doesn’t bother for existing customers who came for repair and only wanted to serve new customers. This kind of behavior is really bad as it will discourage existing customers to continue with Apple and they may plan to switch to Android.
