Battery unknown part

I bought my phone at the media market on April 10, the closed box is in its original box. On April 13, I came across a notification on my phone, which gave a battery warning and an unknown part warning. I applied to Marmarapark Troy service for faster service on April 15 and stated that they could not find a hardware malfunction on my phone, a software update was made and they could not find problems with battery tests, and received the device. On April 24, my device turned off on its own, it constantly turned on and gave an unknown part warning for the battery again, I applied to the Marmara It gave an unknown part warning, I can't use my phone even for 15 minutes. I get permission from my workplace and go to the service, I can't use my phone, in this case, neither Marmarapark mediamarket, the place where I bought, nor the Marmarapark Troy branch. Hello Yasin1967!

I am writing to you from Canada. 😊

Please review this Support Article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210323

This is a quote from the Article:

“An Unknown Part  message will appear if the battery installation is incomplete or if the battery:

  • Was replaced with a nongenuine battery
  • Was already used or installed in another iPhone
  • Isn't functioning as expected

An additional message might appear that says "Apple has updated the device information for this iPhone." This means that Apple has updated the device information maintained for this iPhone for service needs, safety analysis, and to improve future products.

These messages don't affect your ability to use your iPhone or your battery.”

The text in bold seems contradictory to your issue. So, I would recommend you contact Apple Support.

I hope this is helpful. Good Luck!
