HomePod issues

When I tap the Home app on my phone to access HomePods I get a message saying (para phrasing) “Keychain needs to be turned on” I go to settings, iCloud, keychain and turn on the toggle only for it to revert to the off position immediately so I cannot access Any HomePod info per settings.

any possible solutions please?

Try signing out of iCloud completely, then turn back on all your iCloud accounts
