I can’t find out how to get my visual voicemail and my voicemail transcriptions to work.

So, I have the iPhone X. I just did the update to the IOS 13.2 and I can’t find out how to get my visual voicemail and my voicemail transcriptions to work. I really liked that.. doesn’t seem like I get a notification when I get a voicemail. Someone help?

Voicemail transcription is still in beta.

Note: Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription are available from select carriers in select regions.
