Don't have recovery key option in my security settings

I forgot my recovery key and need to ask for a new one for future use.

However, in my Appleid page the option to "Replace Lost Key" does not exist:

1. Go to your Apple ID account page.
2. Sign in with your password and trusted device.
3. In the Security section, click Edit > Replace Lost Key. <---- This option does not show for me.

How can I get a recovery key?

I would like to have one in case I lose my iphone and can't complete the two-factor authentication process.
