Capture outside the frame

Hi, iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 13.2, capture outside of frame is not working. Please help thank you.

Capture outside the frame worked for a bit now doesn't I bought my iPhone 11Plus pro and capture outside the frame worked....for a bit. Now it doesn't....ever. Tried everything but nothing works. I see the area outside the frame when I'm in the camera. But once the photo is taken, none of that area is captured. Just doesn't work. Any help greatly appreciated. I expected better.

How to capture whole screen shown by camera on default 4:3 When I am taking 4:3 photo I can see whole screen but only portion of it is taken. When I switch to 16:9 the camera is zoomed in. How can I capture original 16:9 shown when taking 4:3 without the zoom in? iPhone 14 Pro Max
