Can you have fall detection be configured to contact your emergency contacts without contacting emergency services?

My friend has seizures a few times a month. Her significant other wants to be alerted when they occur. The fall detection capability appears to meet this requirement. However, the concern is she does not want to contact emergency services every time; she only wants to alert her emergency contact. Is it possible to configure the watch in this manner so she does not have to manually do anything when she falls?
