How to open cwk and AppleWorks files on a new iMac?
Try using the Pages app for opening the cwk file .
Do the same with the other AppleWorks , for example if you have an old spreadsheet use the Numbers app to open the file(s).
Only the individual iWork '09 applications had this capability, and potentially, a "new Mac" implies Catalina where these applications cannot run because they are 32-bit. Strictly LibreOffice at this point.
