Hi. My Homepods are still running 12.4 and luckily never auto-updated to 13.2 which was the dud.
I’ve since understood that 13.2.1 is available for Homepods. However, in the Home App it’s prompting me to download 13.2 which was bricking many Homepods. Worried about doing a restart. Any ideas?
In the UK if that makes a diff.

That update is probably still showing from previously being available. I’d wager it would fail. To rid yourself of that update will probably require removing the HomePod from the app, reboot iPhone, and pair to the iPhone again.

Try plugging in your iPhone to whichever device handles your phone’s backups. I did this and, before iTunes came up, my Mac gave me the option to finish installing an update....which was the above mentioned update for my HomePod oddly enough. In 15 minutes the install completed.
Try power cycling the HomePod and wifi router.
13.2 can’t be downloaded now because it no longer exists
