Hi all, I’m having sound problems in GSM calls since the very beginning. The sound on my side is always good, the people on the other side complain a lot regarding sound quality. The symptom doesn’t happen in voip calls, only radio one. Apple support already replaced my initial phone, already changed the SIM card also and the symptom reoccur in the new phone. Anyone knows how to follow from here? Anyone has a similar experience?

My iPhone 11 Pro also suffers from the same problem (I'm from Portugal)! I'm in conversations with Apple and the mobile operator, but they did not solve the problem yet..
Thxs for the feedback. Does Apple or the operator (mine is Meo btw) assumes any problem?
Would like to understand if the problem occurs in a different operator. Anyone with this symptom outside Portugal? Outside Meo?

It’s quite amazing that no buzz is out at this moment. A new iPhone with such fail and nobody is talking about it in a wider scale? Failing in being a phone is quite bad.
Are all of you already on iOS 13.2.2?
I have updated beginning of the week and cannot remind I faced the issue since then... May be a coincidence, though...

Last week a colleague and I delivered the phones at an Official Apple Repair Center. The first time they replaced my phone for a new one, let's see what they do this time.
