How to enlarge icons on iPad
After an auto update a few days ago, the icons on my iPad’s home screen are smaller. How do I enlarge them?

This has changed in iOS 13.2.
The icon size settings are under a new Settings panel, in the Settings app, now, called, Home Screen and Dock.
