iPhone Bluetooth audio issues

Hey,

so I’ve had several Bluetooth issues in the past few months, first with my iPhone X which turned out to be WiFi interference, so I changed the WiFi channel on my router after numerous calls and visits to Apple and sending it off via my bank insurance for a fee of £100 :-/. Anyway I was happy because I thought well at least I’ve fixed it and can give it to my wife... the phone hasn’t had any issues since. Anyway satisfied that I had fixed this issue I received my iPhone 11 Pro Max and restored from my iPhone 10 restore, I had no issues for two weeks and then after installing IOS 13.2 the next day when I was using my Bluetooth headphones I started to have similar issues, Bluetooth audio intermittently cutting out every for seconds or so, but only within my house (although my Bluetooth headphones have also had issues since connecting sometimes and the touch controls on them are not very responsive a lot of the time, specifically play and pause). Now the issue with my old phone was similar except it stuttered and fast forwarded my music as well as dropping out my music, but as mentioned this turned out to be WiFi interference, anyway so I tried messing around with the router settings again but this did nothing, so I unplugged the router to see if it would still do it, which it did, so it can’t be the WiFi, plus my wife’s iPhone 10 X has no issues. So I’m kind of at a loss of what to do, all I know is that it’s possibly connected to updating to the latest IOS (13.2) and some how (for the most part other than the play/pause and saying they’re connected to the phone but not playing through my headphones whilst outside the house) to my house. So my question is, has anyone else had an issue similar or just in general had any issues with their Bluetooth audio specifically since the 13.2 update.

Any information would be useful, because I’m at the point where if Apple don’t know what the issue is and it continues after the update (I called them last Sunday but the phone hung up before they put my through to a senior advisor) I won’t be buying another iPhone as listening to my music is the second most important function of the phone to me (first being phone calls itself).

thanks for reading.

Hey, thanks I thought this but I’ve tried changing WiFi channel to see if this would solve it, but it didn’t, I’ve even unplugged the router, tried Bluetooth audio after doing a network reset on the phone and it still does this. As I said this issue began the next day after updating to IOS 13.2, prior to that it had worked for a little over two weeks with no issues whatsoever.

Thanks,

Ellie
