I can’t delete my new SIM card’s number after I have used a PAC.

I switched from O2 to Virgin Mobile and used a PAC code to keep my number the same. I have had confirmation that my Virgin Mobile number is all switched however the new number which I didn’t want to keep is showing as default for iMessage and FaceTime. There is no option to remove this number or change my old number to the default.

Please help! I have switched mobile networks a couple of times in the past and have never had this problem.

Thank you in advance.

Have you removed the number you don't want to keep from your Apple ID? If the number is there, sign out of Messages/FaceTime, and then remove the number. Allow time for the change to sync. It could take 24 hours. Then sign back into Messages/FaceTime.
