macOS Catalina Upgrade not found. The requested version of macOS is not available.

Hi. I have MacBook Pro 13" 2017 with TouchBar. My problem is I cannot get the new Upgrade to macOS Catalina. Yes, I see that in a Appstore, but when I try to download it, I see "Upgrade not found. The requested version of macOS is not available". In System preferences I get the message that my version of software ist current - macOS Mojave 10.14.6. Last time checked on 08.11.2019. What can I do to get that upgrade?

The usual problem is that the upgrade is not available... to the Apple-ID you used to connect to the App Store.

It could be a mis-match with the Apple-ID version encoded in your current MacOS.

It could be your Apple-ID has some problem.
